LightDose
This project explores how interaction design can simplify and improve the supplement-taking experience for health-conscious individuals. Drawing on human-centred design methods, competitive research, and user interviews, the project developed LightDose, a system of digital and physical products that integrate supplements into everyday routines through calm, intuitive reminders. The work focuses on accessibility, trust, and reducing pill fatigue while supporting small, sustainable health habits.
